Ladies and Gentlemen, Brothers and Sisters, it has now been 10 days since I presented our credentials to the Executive Board of the International Union of Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America or (SPFPA). The SPFPA Board meeting in regular session voted to accept us into the their fellowship. The SPFPA is the largest, oldest and most stable 9 (B) (3) Union in America. They are also, under the leadership of President Dave Hickey and his Board, dynamic and visionary with real ideas for dealing with the challenges inherent in the working environment all of us face.
